I have been practicing "therapeutic" massage & bodywork since 1995. I have had experience with a wide variety of physical issues. Whether your problem is a tight neck & shoulders or low back issues, I have the skills to address these issues. I use a variety of techniques, which include Visceral Manipulation, Trigger Point, Cranio-Sacral, Ortho-Alignment, and Marma Point Therapy. These techniques are about listening to your body and help bring it back into balance. The sessions I offer help to teach & re-educate your own body to let go & rebalance itself.

I offer "Therapeutic Sessions Only" in Kansa Vatki (Metal Bowl) Foot Massage, Healing Massage Therapy with Marma Points, Healing Bodywork (Cranial Sacral), Reconnective Healing and Raindrop Therapy.

My approach is different than most massage practitioners. My approach to Massage & Bodywork is about listening to your body. I use a gentle approach to coax your body to open up & let me in to address your problem areas. Your body knows how it got where it is and your body knows how to undo it. All it needs me to do is just listen. This gentle approach helps me to work deep to shift & realign your body and to help you come out of pain & discomfort.

Your body responds by becoming more free & fluid moving.

I offer "Therapeutic Only " sessions in:

*Kansa Vatki (Metal Bowl) Foot Massage: This wonderful & relaxing session that is focused on the lower leg & feet. This session helps with sore tired feet or if you are overly stressed. This session helps rebalance the 3 Doshas of Vata, Pitta, & Kapha. For more information, click on the tab at the left of the page.

*Healing Massage Therapy with Marma Points--This is a therapeutic session for the kink in the neck or that sore lower back. For those aches & pains and the tired & stressed muscles. Organic Jojoba Oil is used.

*Healing Bodywork (Cranial-Sacral) : An unconventional type of massage work. No Oils. Clients stay dressed. Gentle but Powerful Hands on Healing Session for those acute & chronic aches & pain. Techniques used Craino-Sacral, Ortho-Realignment, Visceral Manipulation, Marma Point Therapy.

*Reconnective Healing & Personal Reconnection--Have health issues of any type? TMJ? Fibromyalgia? Chronic Fatigue? Something else? Consider this Energy Medicine modality.
