Marma Therapy

Marmas are sensitive spots like small "windows" on the skin's surface and subcutaneous layers, acting as mystical junction points between body, mind, and spirit.

Activating marma points allows light and prana(energy) into the body, transforming the inner workings of your body into a more harmonious and balanced state. Stimulation of these inner cathartic doorways signals the brain to produce exactly what the body needs, including hormones and beneficial neurochemicals. Marma Therapy is used both as a diagnostic tool and a simple therapeutic measure to balance the body, mind, and emotional body, promoting liveliness and well-being.
Marma Therapy comes from the modality of Ayurveda" The Science of Life". Ayurveda is over 5,000 years old. Marma's are points on the body when pressed or massaged helps to stimulate your own body's inner pharmacy. By pressing on certain points, this signals the body to release messages and hormones to help create balance physically, emotionally and mentally.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral involves the therapist placing their hands on the client, which allows the practitioner to tune into the craniosacral system. The practitioner gently works with the spine and the skull and its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia. The restrictions of nerve passages are eased, the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spinal cord is optimized and misaligned bones are restored to their proper position.
These techniques help to reset and re-educate your muscles and nervous systems to let go and relax. This session is great for people who are considered "chronic".

These techniques are based on the idea that your own body knows how it got where it is and your body knows how to undo it. Your body just needs me to do is listen.

This is an unconventional massage. No oils or lotions are used. You, the client stay dressed. If you are looking for something different or you have tried different traditional methods of massage without much luck. Or you do not care for the massage aspect; this session may be for you.
